2022 WALL TO WALL RIDE FOR REMEMBRANCE – VICTORIA STATE RIDE UPDATE  – We hope to be back bigger and better than ever. 

FRIDAY 16 September

0700    Onwards – Gather at the Victoria Police Memorial site, St Kilda Road Melbourne – Light Breakfast and refreshments available – Gold coin donation

0730    Victorian Wall to Wall Ceremony Commences

0800    Depart Melbourne Memorial – under Police Escort       * Times are approx. – the sooner we leave scheduled stops the earlier we reach Merimbula *

The ride will continue to Alexander Parade making its way to the Monash Freeway. (Tolls are applicable).  Then following the Monash Freeway to the Princes Highway.

1040    Sale     2.5 hrs – 215Km. Fuel & rest stop. Snacks and coffee available

1120    Depart   Sale on the Princess Highway to Stratford and Bairnsdale then on the Lakes Entrance where we will have a lunch and fuel break on the foreshore.  A bbq lunch will be available to purchase.

1245    Lakes Entrance Foreshore on right. 1hr 20min – 100 Km Fuel & Lunch

1345    Depart   Ride continues on the Princes Highway past Orbost and on to Cann River for a short rest break and fuel where required.

1545    Cann River   1.5hrs – 140Kms    Fuel and rest stop

1600    Depart    Ride continues to Eden and subsequently to Merimbula for the night.  We recommend fueling in the evening. 

1715    Eden  1hr 20min -110km              Fuel Only (if required)

1755    Merimbula    30 Min 27Km          Re-fuel and overnight stay (fuel may not be available prior to departure time on 17th)

SATURDAY 17 September

0745    Merimbula   Gather at Foreshore Car Park Arthur Kaine Drive Merimbula

Cooked breakfast supplied by Local Services Club.Gold coin donation.

0840    Briefing and Rider Form up

0850    Depart – for Cooma (no stop at Bega) making our way through Bega before heading inland via Nimmitabel and on to Cooma.

1040    Cooma – 144km – Fuel stop and leisurely morning tea/lunch (several cafes and options)

1140    Depart for Canberra

Canberra

 1310    EPIC               1.5hrs   – 125Km  (EPIC – entry via gate 4 at McDonalds. ) Displays, coffee, food available

 1345    RIDER BRIEFING FOLLOWED BY FORM UP

 1400    Form-up on southbound lanes of Federal Highway to ensure a swift and smooth departure for NPM

 1500    RIDE UNDER ESCORT TO NATIONAL POLICE MEMORIAL

Note in excess of 2000 motorcycles will form this ride.
