The early morning call to mount up gets us scrambling to the bikes, we trundle off the ferry and park on the Esplanade. It’s hugs all round. No doubt Georg and I have had a great tri, have fond memories and can’t help thinking of all those names in the batons we carried around the country. Police Officers who gave their lives to maintain law and order across Australia.
Thanks to all those who helped out with the ride. All the committees, riders, mates and people we met on the road.
The wall2wall is becoming an iconic event where people can support Police Legacies, revel in the camaraderie of Policing, motorcyclists and remember fallen mates.
